There's a great sites offer upload mp3 file and video clips for you and embed them on your site.
Youtube.com , Google Video, MSN SoapBox an online video sharing space to upload your video.
sing up to youtube.com services and become a member there, so you can upload your video to share it with us and be available for online viewing. After you upload your video clip from your computer, at the bottom of every video, it give you the source code to embed the video, you'll see a code like this 
Copy this code to put in create post page. Before you paste the code, change edit layout to Edit html.
paste the code you've copied from YouTube 
fini and publish post.
mp3's and Audio file.
very good site odeo.com sing up and upload your files from computer or record, pretty cool site.
After you sign up , upload your desired files , When you edit or visit an audio page
you will see some code near the bottom of the page. This code will render a flash player for that audio when you place it in your Xanga, MySpace, Blogger, or any other site.
and do the same thing like we did in the previous steps to post a video clip from YouTube.
